LESTER KORZILIUS

Lester Korzilius is a fully licensed and certified architect and is a member of the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and the ARB (Architects Registration Board) and the AIA (American Institute of Architects).  The practice takes on a limited number of commissions on a studio basis in order to give a premium service that would not be possible in a conventional design practice.

 

Not all of the following services will be required on any one project, but these can include:

• Strategic procurement advice

• Technical Design

• Preparation of tender documents

• Tendering and award of contracts

• Construction contract administration 

• Construction site visits

• Planning applications

• Certification of contractor payments

• Assembly of project manuals and warranties

• Inspection and sign-off on defects and contractor remediation
