Muse is a figurative piece that explores the perception of scale. The work is semi-abstracted with pronounced texture in the original clay model that is reflected in the casting. This creates a connection between the viewer and the sculpture, but at the same time maintains a distance. The viewer is part of the work but can’t contain it.
